Review:
Debut as solo artist. Friends of Bon Iver, Flynn watched from the sidelines as he watched his career take off while. Meanwhile, Flynn secluded himself in Chicago suffering from depression and auto-immune disease. Re-emerging for this album, the suffering seems to permeate the album, giving the glitchy synthesizers a dark Radio Head feel. The whispery vocals even sounds a little like Thom Yorke-ish. Recently moved to Minneapolis, MN.
