If you harbour bad feelings for more than 15 minutes, you should learn to tap. You tap on spots on your head, face, chest and hands that are connected to every part of the body, to the organs, muscles, bones & all parts of the body. They are the same spots used for accupuncture. If you tap on bad feelings you have toward someone or something, the tapping neutralizes the bad feeling. It is a powerful tool and very quick. You can use tapping in different ways, but for quick results at getting rid of negative feelings, tapping is number one. By doing the tapping, you create quick, permanent change for the better. It is a powerful tool for handling negativity in one's life. You simply tell your story while tapping 5 or 6 times on each spot.
