In the first hour, your host, Chad Martinez, interviews guest and local musician, Alexis Puentes (a.k.a. Alex Cuba). Alexis shared stories over his home country Cuba as well as life in Smithers and on the road as a musician. He also shared some of his faviourite music from around the world. That portion of the show finished with a yet-unpublished song by Alexis called Mi Salvacion. In the last half hour of the program, co-host, Kimberly Lipscombe, celebrated Bike to Work Week with bicycle-themed songs from Canada, Japan, and the Netherlands, with bike facts from those three countries.
