Program:

Two exceptional bike advocates--Angela Bischoff (who will relate her late husband Tooker Gomberg's contribution) and Albert Koehl--join me in this episode, to discuss the puzzling relationship between those who ride bicycles in Toronto and City Hall. Last week, to everyone's surprise, Toronto City Council voted to install more temporary bike infrastructure. Was this in response to years of ongoing campaigns, or was this COVID-19 doing us a favour?

We discuss both the history of bike advocacy and more recent developments in the city. Happily, Albert and I had so much to talk about that he's agreed to come back next week, too!
