"Centre of Culture" asks the directors and administrators of the Smithers Public Library, Smithers Art Gallery, Bulkley Valley Museum, Smithers District Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Smithers, and Bulkley Valley Farmers' Market what is needed in their spaces, and how collaboration can be maximized in a future multi-use cultural centre.
