This show had an interview with Jean Christian, conducted by Mickey Brandvold. Both people work in the area of health in our society. Jean was talking about ourselves as energy beings. It is a little difficult to discuss and understand because it is pretty foreign to most of us. Once we stick with it, get more familiar with the idea, we start feeling more at home with being an energy being and what that means. I know it was a long evolution for me to understand it and become it. Working with energy healing certainly speeds it along as we can see evidence of it all the time. But even so, it is worthwhile for people to try to understand themselves as energy beings. We are vibration and we change that through our feeling and our thinking. That is where our power lies. Change our thoughts and everything changes. Also, it must be done in the present, that is the only place where creation happens.
