Exciting news! We have a brand spanking new transit schedule, arranged specifically for people wanting to travel between Smithers and Moricetown.
When the province of British Columbia came up with a fantastic plan to provide improved service to all towns and villages along highway 16, it neglected to include the stretch between Smithers and Moricetown. The Honourable Mayor Taylor Bachrach and our Mo-Town Band Manager Lucy Gagnon have worked very hard to change that, and have come up with something that gets people into work on time, and allows for shopping, family visits and running errands, too. Imagine! Safe, affordable passage between the two towns along a highway infamously known as the Highway of Tears.
