After this week, I will be away for three Saturdays so will miss three live shows. I have asked Glen to replay some Robert Moss and his shamanic drumming conscious dreaming series. It is fun to go along with his direction.

On Jan 12th, I played two interviews with ex-health food store owner and developer, Mickey Brandvold and Jean Christian. They are about the intent of meditation; meditation that Jean offers in her center and about health, herbs and homeopathy.

Today we listened to learned people talk about the nature of energy. That is all we can do, soak up as much as we can about the nature of energy. It will help us understand ourselves better. That is my interest, so I can learn to work with energy to create a successful life.

I think I am getting the hang of it. I floundered for a long time earlier, but that is old history now.

Knowing that we are magnets attracting to us the same energy we give off helps us be more choosy in what we say and think.

We have finished the long series by Robert Moss on dreams and shamanic healing using conscious waking and sleeping dreams as a way of healing. Fascinating and very powerful when one actually starts working with it.

Today I read and discussed an essay I wrote about ten years ago, called Energy Work-Medicine of the Future. It seemed very relevant and since it is holiday time I didn't really want to start another series right away. So I read it and talked about it for the whole hour along with some music.
