Easy, Flowing

Right now I am listening to Charlie Parker and Miles Davis on an old cassett tape. It is transcendent music. I once told my jazz -buff friend that listening to John Coltrane made me feel smarter and more creative. In the words of energy, it raises my vibration.

The higher the vibration, the happier we are, and the more good things come to us naturally.

We raise our vibration by focusing on what we want and not focusing on what we don’t want. When we focus only on what we want, we have a much easier direction to it. We don’t get caught up in negativities. We don’t fight anything off or overcome anything that is negative. We simply aim for what we want and continue in that direction.

Very quickly things start coming to us. When we aren’t fighting off the negative, things come fast. We stay at a higher vibration when we are doing it our way. When we live in congruence with who we really are, it makes us happy and things flow easily to us as we have no resistance. Following our own nature and living in alighnment with it guarantees success.
