We have finished the long series by Robert Moss on dreams and shamanic healing using conscious waking and sleeping dreams as a way of healing. Fascinating and very powerful when one actually starts working with it.

Today I read and discussed an essay I wrote about ten years ago, called Energy Work-Medicine of the Future. It seemed very relevant and since it is holiday time I didn't really want to start another series right away. So I read it and talked about it for the whole hour along with some music.

It was useful to inform about vibration, energy systems, some of my experiences with energy healing, etc. It really didn't seem dated at all, as much of this information is only now coming out to the public.
