Working With Energy

May 20, 2015 Written by Alice Williams edit

What does it mean to work with energy? First of all, it means we are working with our most basic nature. That makes it quick and to the point-the shortest distance. One doesn’t have to navigate through eons of conditioned thinking.

We work with our energy through thoughts and feelings. That is what creates our vibration. That is as simple as it gets. It is also very profound. What we think and what we feel creates our vibration. Good feeling thoughts create good feelings. Both create a high vibration which means happiness, abundance, success and all the good things we want in life.

Good feelings also create good feeling thoughts which also brings all of the same to you. We have two options to feel good, find good feelings or find good feeling thoughts. When you get the hang of it, it is pretty simple to create good feeling thoughts. Start expressing appreciation for the things you love in your life. Appreciation is a very high vibration. When you start expressing appreciation for what you have, you are creating an atmosphere of abundance. In order to make this work, one has to let go of complaint and negative thoughts. They only bring you to a worse-feeling place, which brings more of the same.

If we have bad feelings or negative self-talk, one has to find a way to move that along. Exercise, the outdoors, long walks, swimming, tapping etc all help with this. One doesn’t need to fight a war with it, one simply chooses a more positive direction and heads toward it.

That is the secret of all energy work. Don’t focus on what you don’t want. Focus only on what you do want and head toward it. What you don’t want will fade away.
