Hi everyone. I am back after being away for a long while, working up north at our wilderness camps. It was a beautiful summer and fall and it is always so interesting to be on the river and around water. One thing I love about being by the river is that not only is the air always fresh, but because it is always moving, the energy is always being renewed. I think better in that circumstance. Not only is the air fresher but my thinking is fresher, too. It is always moving and changing in a good way. People come to fish but that is not the whole story. They want to be there because they feel the renewal, too. They feel the wholeness of nature that is calm and peaceful. It is human society that is fraught with tension and troubles and people go to nature to get release from that. For many people, it is the exact right thing that creates peace in them, so they can go back to the city and their work, feeling renewed.
