I am writing a little booklet on chakra energy and working with the chakras; ways to understand our energy system from my own study and experience. So I am back to that and reading what I have written on my show. As I teach, I learn at a different level of understanding, as I hear what I am saying and understand what it means. It teaches me, also. There is quite a lack of information about chakras because they are so invisible and so personal to each of us. But they hold a common kind of energy for all of us. Not the same energy, but a similar kind. As with all energy, it is distinct for each of us. We are all different and unique.
